• The e-mail must include a valid proof of purchase of any of the promoted products from the retailers stipulated in the promotional material
• Entries are only valid for persons residing within the borders of the Republic of South Africa
• The prize will be one of two Ipad 1 16GB with wifi and 3G
• Only one entry will be accepted for each proof of purchase
• Closing date for entries is 31 July 2011
• The two winning entries will be drawn from all valid entries
• Winners will be announced and contacted by e-mail or phone by 7 August 2011 and will be posted on our website – www.circuitcity.co.za
• Prizes will be sent to the lucky winners at any address within the borders of South Africa or may be collected from the Circuit City offices in Melrose Arch, Johannesburg
• A minor under the age of 18 must be assisted by his or her legal guardian
• Circuit City Electronics does not take any responsibility for damage or losses of the prize
• By participating in the competition, you agree to release and hold Circuit City Electronics South Africa harmless from any and all losses, harm, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the competition or resulting from the participation in any competition or acceptance, possession, use or receiving of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy
• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
• If the prize is not claimed within 30 days of the prize-winner being announced, the winner forfeits the prize and Circuit City Electronics South Africa reserves the right to redistribute or dispose of the prize at its discretion
