Product warranty conditions
Circuit City Electronics, hereinafter referred to as, “Circuit City”, warrantees that its products are exempt of defects in relation to materials as well as manufacturing.
The warranty will only be applicable when these products are used with appropriate devices and in conformity to standards that are in effect. This warranty is solely reserved for the purchaser of the products upon presentation of proof of purchase. This warranty is null and void if the products are not subject to normal use or if Circuit City determines that the failure was caused by negligence, abnormal use, improper installation, repair or alteration.
If a product becomes defective under the terms of this warranty, Circuit City will examine the said product and, at its sole discretion, will proceed with repairing or replacing the product.
CIRCUIT CITY WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, FROM INDIRECT DAMAGES CAUSED BY LOSS OF INFORMATION OR DATA.
Duration of Warranties
Our products are covered by this warranty for a period of one (1) year for parts and labour, commencing upon the date of purchase from the store.Proof of purchase is required.
To have a product repaired under warranty please follow the procedure below, If purchased from a retail store please return the unit to the store for a replacement. If purchased from a reseller please mail Circuit City on

All pertinent information in order to identify the product, as well as a detailed description of the encountered problem must be enclosed. The proof of purchase of the product containing the purchase date justifying that the defective product is covered by the warranty must also be enclosed.
Exclusions of the Warranty
Circuit City reserves the right to refuse acceptance of a defective product for repair if:
- Malfunctions resulting from not following all instructions mentioned in the user manual or the quick start guide.
- Malfunctions resulting from negligence or abnormal use from installation, storage and/or use of the product in an inadequate environment.
- Malfunctions resulting from damage or intentional negligence.
- Malfunctions which are caused by components, software or material not installed by Circuit City
- Malfunctions caused by a virus and/or spyware.
